Terms of Service
Last updated: 21 April 2026
1. The Service
DropArena provides tools and marketplace features for .uk domain discovery, backorders, drop catching, and related auctions. Domain availability depends on third-party registries and timing; we do not guarantee that any given name will be caught or remain available.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or pose risk to the platform.
3. Backorders & fees
Backorders and related fees are described at checkout and on our Pricing page. Unless stated otherwise, charges for catching services apply when you confirm checkout; if the domain is not successfully caught in line with our Refund Policy, you will not be charged for that catch.
4. Auctions
When multiple users hold a backorder for the same name and we catch it, a private auction may be held among eligible participants. Bids may be legally binding. Payment deadlines and consequences of non-payment are described in our How it works overview.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with other users, or use the platform for unlawful purposes. Trademark and clearance checks are your responsibility before bidding or backordering.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for events outside our reasonable control (including registry behaviour or internet outages). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
7. Changes & contact
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Questions: contact@droparena.co.uk.
