Success-based catching
Our default model is no catch, no fee for the catching attempt: if we do not successfully register the domain on your behalf in line with the service you purchased, you are not charged for that catch. Any processing or authorisation shown at checkout is handled according to your payment method and our payment processor’s rules.
Auctions & winning bids
If a caught domain enters a private auction among backorder holders, payment obligations follow the auction outcome. Refunds for auction payments are generally not available once you have won and the domain is allocated, except where we are required by law or where we explicitly agree otherwise in writing.
Duplicate or erroneous charges
If you believe you were charged in error (for example a duplicate charge for the same successful catch), contact us promptly at contact@droparena.co.uk with transaction details. We will investigate and correct confirmed errors.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue. Abuse of chargebacks may result in account restrictions.
